All home owners in The Kilns Estate will become members of a Home Owners Association (HOA), a Community Association who will work with the local Men’s Shed to manage the private open space and community assets.

The Kilns’ community will have the potential to generate income for itself.
With a cascading waterfall, carefully restored kilns, landscaped grounds, wildflowers, bushland, plus the community multi-purpose venue with kitchen, this is the type of venue brides and wedding photographers seek out.
The estate will also feature a commercial storage facility and a community store.
Hiring out and operating these facilities will generate funding for the community Home Owners Association.

Fully equipped woodwork and metalwork Men’s Sheds, a haven for handy men and women to meet and share your skills with the community.
Come and have a yarn and a cuppa, connect with friends, and maintain an active body and mind.
