Want to know what The Kilns Estate is all about?
At our 2023 Open Days you’ll be able to ask questions, see the blocks and facilities available and explore the restored Kilns, waterfall and extensive estate gardens – We want people from farming communities who are experienced and hands on and who want to be central to the ongoing operation of the Estate.

There are four Country WA Open Days in September.
Saturday, September 9th, 10am to 3pm
Sunday, September 10th,
10am to 3pm
Saturday, September 16th,
10am to 3pm
Sunday, September 17th,
10am to 3pm
- Hear about the vision for the estate, grab an estate master plan and get acquainted with the location.
- Visit the onsite Men’s Sheds and community gardens with wood work, metal work sheds and estate tractors. Learn how the Men’s Shed will support the Kiln’s community.
- Attend information session about the Old Quarry’s history, transformation of the landscape, restoration of the kilns and the Australian native wild flowers throughout the the estate.
- Tour the restored Kilns, rock wall, waterfall, bushland, wild flower gardens, with optional golf buddy transportation.
- Attend the information session about the available properties, planned facilities, expected release date and nearby amenities.
- Attend an information session about the Home Owners association and how the community will be managed.
- Relax and enjoy the bushland surroundings.
- Grab a coffee from the onsite coffee barista.
- Feast on a BBQ sausage sizzle or a wood fired pizza for lunch.

- Kubota Excavator
- Merlot Telehandler
- Toro pan 3 deck mower
- 2x John Deere buggies Fast Attack Fire Unit on Ranger Ute
- Hydraulic tipper trailer (heavy duty)
- Boom Spray (3 point linkage)
- Fertiliser Spreader & woodchipper (3pt linkage) Level lawn (3 point linkage)
- Top class irrigation system capable of delivering 130,000litres/per hour, 2 Bores backed up by 60kva generator in case of power failure.
- Extensive tools, hoists for vehicles, welding equipment, woodwork equipment.
- Community bus (to be purchased)
Two large storage sheds (also incorporating office and machinery workshop) have already been constructed.
The primary purpose of these sheds is for future residents who wish to store personal effects when downsizing their home to a more manageable size.
It is intended to fit the sheds out with over 400 containers 10ft & 20ft.
These sheds and containers have a replacement cost of some $5m today and will be gifted to the Home Owners Association (HOA) along with all the other equipment referred to.
The rental income from the containers will be an important revenue source for the HOA to ensure the high standards of residential amenities are maintained.
